Reviews and Ratings
I was amazed by the room with an incredible view and a kitchen, along with the comfortable king-sized bed. The window in the room provided a nice touch, although I wished for a deck to enjoy the view even more. The service at the reception desk was underwhelming, lacking in issue resolution and customer service understanding, even insisting on a reservation change I didn't make. Despite this, the availability of housekeeping, laundry services, welcome drink, and pet amenities was appreciated. The location on the cliffs overlooking the ocean was simply breathtaking, providing a fairly private setting right above the ocean, though being near a convenience store was a plus. Dining offered a variety of options, including protein on-site and catering to contemporary diets, with both hot and cold items, making it a pleasant experience. The facilities had a homely touch with Japanese homestyle dishes; however, some staff lacked proper service and customer resolution skills amidst the convenience of having laundry services, welcome drinks, and pet amenities. On-site parking came at a fee, making it less attractive for those looking for complimentary parking. The hotel offers value for money despite the service shortcomings, considering the amazing location and breathtaking views.
I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. On one hand, the rooms are clean and comfortable with easy access to the outdoors and offer a wonderful view. However, there is no space for personal toiletries which was a bit inconvenient. The service was a mixed bag as some staff members weren't helpful in resolving issues, but others were insistent about changes to reservations. The location is a highlight, right above the ocean in a fairly private setting, offering a tranquil atmosphere. The dining experience with various salads was enjoyable, but price discussions were a downside. The facilities were modern and convenient overall.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had an old cruddy carpet but offered an awesome view. The service was subpar at the reception desk, but there were various amenities available. The location was superb, right above the ocean, but the dining experience left something to be desired. The facilities were decent, but there were some drawbacks.
